Meet your WBE/DBE goals most efficiently using SAS on your next project.   You can use 60 -100% of the supply and delivery of the asphalt product depending on the owner of the project. 

For example, in Massachusetts if the project is for MassHighway you can use 60% toward the WBE/DBE Goal.  However, if the project Owner is:

  • The City of Boston

  • The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority or

  • Metropolitan District Commission
    you can use     100%  toward your Goal!


Here's an example for a MassHighway project....

If you use SAS as a supply and delivery for this project, you can apply the following toward your WBE/DBE goal...

2900 total tons of Bit. Concrete with 6% Asphalt Cement = 174 tons of A/C

174 tons of A/C sold and delivered @ $500 per ton (posted price) = $87,000.00

60% of $87,000 = $52,200 toward goal dollars

In the case of City of Boston, Mass Turnpike or MDC projects you would apply the full $87,000 toward your goal.
